times you were here in half the time AAA said you would (or less).. Both of the men I've dealt
with were extremely efficient and very polite.
I've done a lot of work in customer service and I know people don't often take the time to

Just a note to express my sincere appreciation for the job Travis performed on June 25th when my car broke down in Apache Junction.
Both your office personnel and Sean, had no way of knowing the true magnitude of my problem that day. I had driven down from
Hyundai road service contacted your company and Sean was dispatched to my rescue. Efficiency accompanied by courtesy is a rare combination, but Sean exemplified both that day. He quickly jump started my car and suggested I go straight to Hyundai for a check up. He gave directions, but being so stressed I just knew I would get lost. Sean quickly offered to drive ahead and guide me in to safety at Hyundai. Such concern is refreshing and should become more wide spread.
Without Sean’s help, it is doubtful that I would have made it to the hospital in time, and the additional expense of an ambulance would have been added to my friends hospital bill. Please let Sean know how much I appreciated his help.

Hello!
I'm writing to compliment you on the towing job I had to have on my car. I recently (5 days ago) purchased a 2005
Cadillac SRX. Last night I put it in the garage and this morning I came out and the car wouldn't start. Not only would
it not start, I couldn't remove the key from the ignition so I couldn't close the windows which I left open in the garage
and I couldn't move the gear shifter. I called Coulter Cadillac and they sent you. I was worried how we would get the
car out of thegarage because the lack of power would not allow me to to put it in neutral.
Well I shouldn't have worried because your guy knew just what to do. He released some kind of safety switch in the
transmission box and while I steered he pushed me out of the garage, and I was able to get it in line with bed of the truck.
He wanted to know where the spare tire stuff was and he found the BIG bolt that screwed into the front of the body and
pulled the car onto the ramp. He then secured the front tires and then the back tires and then reset the ramp.
Your guy was very knowledgeable and polite and the job was done in no time.
Thanks for your quick service and I will gladly recommend your company to anyone I know that
needs a tow.
